Studio flats with communal living spaces are taking off across the UK as a middle ground between house shares and one-bedroom flats.

Zainab Hussain of Inside Housing spoke to key players in co-living, including our MD Damien Sharkey. At HUB, we are delivering seven co-living projects including our Cornerstone scheme adjacent to the Barbican.

"We're also seeing older people in co-living developments, like people who have been through divorce or are new to cities. And the interior of these buildings isn't designed to only be appealing to young people, but to capture a whole audience."
