Our striking Wembley Link scheme designed by Howells has been shortlisted for a RIBA London West award.

Developed in partnership with Bridges Fund Management, this scheme delivered 256 new homes (including affordable) for UNCLE Living in 2024, and has transformed a backland site to become a thriving new rental community for Wembley.

Conceived as a pair of square-plan towers, the scheme contributes to Wembley’s evolving town centre with horizontal brick banding and ribbon glazing, combining civic presence with generous daylight and long views for residents.
