Developed in partnership with Bridges Fund Management, the project transforms a constrained and previously underused site alongside the railway line to deliver high quality homes to rent, owned by Realstar and operated under their UNCLE Living brand.

Wembley Link contributes to the wider transformation of Wembley’s town centre, bringing tenure-blind homes for rent within a pair of elegant towers. Defined by horizontal brick banding, ribbon glazing and generous views across London, the project "demonstrates how overlooked backland can be reimagined as a place of civic and residential value"
