We are so proud that our Leeds Latitude project has been shortlisted for two RESI awards:
- Best residential design (over 350 units)
- Development of the year (more than 350 homes)

In total we have delivered 951 homes in this regeneration scheme, replacing disused industrial land with a well-connected neighbourhood - designed by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher (CJCT) and expertly operated by UNCLE Living.

The project was developed in partnership with Bridges Fund Management and Realstar.
